Any activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been carried out by you. Please contact cuci711 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. cuci711 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the cuci711 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using bots, automated scripts, third-party software, or any other unauthorised means to access or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity through the platform.
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or payment errors for unauthorised personal gain.
- Distributing offensive content, content that infringes copyright, or content containing malware through the platform.
- Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geo-restrictions.
Cuci711 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the relevant account without prior notice.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the cuci711 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, and direct bank transfer to major Malaysian banks. cuci711 does not accept payments in foreign currencies.
Successful deposits will be credited to your cuci711 account within the timeframe indicated for your chosen payment method. Withdrawals are processed in accordance with the platform's policies and limits, and may be subject to identity verification before approval.
Cuci711 reserves the right to withhold or decline any withdrawal request suspected of being linked to fraud or a breach of terms. All transactions that have been verified and completed are final and cannot be reversed. In the event of a transaction dispute, users must contact cuci711 support within 14 days of the transaction date.

The cuci711 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranty that the service will be available at all times, free of errors, or suited to any specific user requirements. cuci711 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform.
In no event shall cuci711's total liability to any user exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Cuci711 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, without prior notice, for the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration.
- Directions from relevant authorities.
- Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, cuci711 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining credit balance without compensation. For accounts closed for other reasons, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the cuci711 platform — including logos, graphics, user interface, text, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of cuci711 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
